When it comes to beauty, Jessica Diner lives, breathes and wears it. The self-confessed mascara freak spent eight years at British Vogue before joining a beauty box subscription service. Her fast rise to the top has made Jessica a celebrity on the beauty scene — with users and professionals keen to hear her recommendations. Here, she shares her three makeup favourites from and how she uses them to create a bespoke effect.

Jessica: One mascara is never enough for me. I will always, always layer up mascaras to get more of a bespoke effect. First up, I use Skinny Brush Mascara to separate and lengthen lashes, followed by Lash Alert Mascara for extra thickness, definition and drama.

Jessica always combines mascara with an eyeliner to emphasise the eyes while keeping the rest of her makeup neutral. She creates a sophisticated look for the day, then dials up the drama for the evening.

Jessica: I also love the Skinny Liquid Eyeliner because it’s the perfect nib for a precise lick of tightliner in the outer corner of my lash line. For night I will extend it out into more of a statement feline flick.
